If your 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is disabled
To recover your account:
- Use the "Forgot password?" feature.
- Follow the email instructions you receive.
If your 2FA is enabled
To regain access:
- Use the recovery codes provided when you enabled 2FA.
If you haven't saved these codes:
- Email support@chainstack.com from your registered email address.
- Provide proof of your identity, such as a Chainstack purchase receipt or a bank statement with such purchase in it.
