Canceling your subscription

To cancel your subscription:

1. In your account, click Billing.
2. Please click on "Suspend Organization" located at the bottom of the page.
   
3. Note that you need to delete all of your nodes, projects, and subgraphs before Suspending the Organization.
4. Lastly, note that Suspending your Organization will not take place immediately, but will leave 2 remaining days for you to change your mind.
5. If you wish to cancel your subscription or delete your account completely, kindly send an email to our Support Team at support@chainstack.com or or submit this form.
   Please include your Organization ID or the email associated with the registered account in your request. This process will permanently delete your account along with any stored data. 
   If you do not request cancellation, your subscription will be temporarily suspended until you log in again.
