Ethereum nodes are fast-synced initially

All Ethereum nodes on Chainstack are deployed from node snapshots initially synchronized with the --syncmode "fast" option.

This speeds the synchronization time for Dedicated Ethereum Nodes. For Elastic Nodes, there is no sync time as the nodes are already in sync.
